KNOXVILLE – After head coach Rick Barnes conducted an in-home visit with star Wake Forest transfer Juke Harris on last Wednesday in California, one of the top player in this year’s transfer portal has committed to Tennessee, On3 reports.

Harris, a 6‑foot‑7, 200 pound scorer from Salisbury (NC), exploded onto the scene his sophomore season for the Demon Deacons. He averaged 21.4 points and 6.5 rebounds per game in 35.2 minutes, earning 2025‑26 ACC Most Improved Player honors. He shot 44.4% from the field and 33.2% from behind the arc while adding 1.9 assists and 1.3 steals per game.

Harris scored in double figures in every game this past season, setting a new Wake Forest program record. His 38‑point performance on 63.2% shooting was the most points by a Demon Deacon since 2006.

With the commitment of Harris, Rick Barnes and Co. land the jewel of Tennessee’s portal cycle.

Harris becomes the seventh transfer addition for the Vols this offseason, joining Belmont guard Tyler Lundblade, Cal guard Dai Dai Ames, Loyola Chicago center Miles Rubin, Notre Dame forward Jalen Haralson, VCU guard Terrence Hill Jr., and Kennesaw State forward Braedan Lue as the Vols add one of the nation’s most prolific guards as they look to position themselves for another deep NCAA Tournament run.
