KNOXVILLE – Tennessee has completed a perfect run through its transfer portal board. After landing the commitment of Wake Forest guard Juke Harris, the No. 1 ranked player in the portal according to On3, Rick Barnes and his staff have now secured commitments from all 7 prospects who either visited Knoxville or received an in-home visit from the Vols.
The streak began before the portal officially opened when Belmont graduate transfer Tyler Lundblade committed on Apr. 1. The 6-foot-5, 195 pound guard from Dallas averaged 15.6 points and 2.7 rebounds last season while shooting over 40% from three and 93.4% from the free-throw line. He previously spent time at TCU and SMU before transferring to Belmont and earning Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Year honors.
Ten days later on Apr. 11, Cal transfer guard Dai Dai Ames announced his commitment to Tennessee, kicking off a week-long stretch that saw the Vols land four commitments through the transfer portal. Ames started all 34 games for the Golden Bears last season and averaged 16.9 points and 2.2 assists in 31.8 minutes per game. The Chicago native arrives at Tennessee after previous stops at Virginia and Kansas State.
Loyola Chicago center Miles Rubin followed on Apr. 12. One of the top rim protectors in the Atlantic 10, Rubin finished 12th nationally with 2.3 blocks per game while adding 11.3 points per contest. He earned A10 All-Defensive Team honors in both 2024-25 and 2025-26 and totaled 237 career blocks across three seasons with the Ramblers.
Notre Dame freshman standout Jalen Haralson was next up, committing Apr. 15 after averaging 16.2 points and 4.2 rebounds per game during his lone season in South Bend. The 6-foot-7, 220 pound forward shot 51.5% from the field and earned All-ACC Honorable Mention honors while starting 23 games for the Fighting Irish.
VCU guard Terrence Hill Jr. rounded out the commitment filled week on Apr. 19. The 6-foot-3, 180 pound guard averaged 15.0 points and 2.8 assists per game while shooting 46.6% from the field and 37% from three. He earned A10 Sixth Man of the Year honors and helped lead the Rams to back to back NCAA Tournament appearances.
Kennesaw State forward Braedan Lue joined on Apr. 24, giving Tennessee the defensive depth piece Rick Barnes was desperately targeting. The 6-foot-9, 235 pound sophomore averaged 10.9 points and 5.3 rebounds per game while earning Conference USA All-Defensive Team honors, while also adding 1.4 blocks per contest across 35 games.
Harris’ commitment completes the run. The 6-foot-7 guard chose Tennessee after an in-home visit from Barnes and his staff last Wednesday in Los Angeles. He averaged 21.4 points and 6.5 rebounds last season at Wake Forest and gives the Vols a plethora of high-level scoring options on the wing.
With Harris now in the fold, Tennessee holds the No. 2 transfer portal class in the nation, trailing only Louisville, as the Vols continue recruiting the transfer portal.
