Former Vols Freshman Guard Clarence Massamba Commits to UC Davis

KNOXVILLE – The final Tennessee transferee has announced his destination.

Former Tennessee guard Clarence Massamba has announced his commitment to his commitment to UC Davis, joining the Aggies after a 19-14 record and a 11-9 record in Big West play.

Massamba, a Paris, France native, played sparingly during his lone season on Rocky Top. He appeared in 12 games, averaging 0.3 points and 0.3 assists in 3.5 minutes per game.

The 6-foot-5, 192 pound incoming sophomore will now head to the west coast where he will look for more consistent playing time under head coach Jim Les.
