LEXINGTON – After a nine-game homestand at Lindsey Nelson Stadium that saw No. 24 Tennessee baseball go 6-3 with a series win over No. 13 Alabama, the Vols now head north to Lexington for a three-game weekend set against Kentucky. Tennessee enters the series at 30-14 overall and 10-11 in SEC play as the regular season begins its final month.

Sophomore right-hander Tegan Kuhns returns to the Friday starter role tonight after throwing an eight-inning complete game shutout with 9 strikeouts in Game 1 of last Friday’s doubleheader against Alabama. Left-hander Evan Blanco steps into the Saturday slot after another steady stretch from the Virginia transfer. He will face Kentucky on Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. ET, while right-hander Landon Mack will close the weekend on Sunday with first pitch set for 1 p.m. ET.

Tennessee holds a 185-158 lead in the all-time series that dates back to 1909 as the Vols look to build momentum heading into the final weeks of SEC play.

First pitch tonight is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET on SEC Network Plus.
