Joey Aguilar A Top 25 QB? One Expert Believes He Will Start Vs. Syracuse

Yesterday, College Sports Network ranked their top 25 returning QBs in the nation and Joey Aguilar made the list.
Aguilar made the cut just barely at No. 25 on the list. College Sports Network gave him an overall rating of 78.9.
According to their metrics he had a close game EPA of 0.43 which was top 25 in the country in close games.
He also had a third and fourth down conversion rate of 42.6% which was higher than Nico Iamaleava last season.
“Aguilar is comfortably one of the top returning college football quarterbacks,” CSN wrote.
It’s high praise for Aguilar, who has shown he can be a good dual threat quarterback if he’s able to limit turnovers.
With a more experienced OL and deeper WR room at Tennessee Aguilar will hopefully be set up for success if he wins the job.
