Luke Combs is set to play Neyland Stadium in May 2026, according to sources.

It will be just the fifth concert event in the history of college football’s premier stadium.

And if recent history is any indicator, it could bring as many as 80,000 or more people to Knoxville.

Last fall, Morgan Wallen became the fourth performer ever to play Neyland joining the likes of Michael Jackson, Kenny Chesney, and Garth Brooks.

Close to 160,000 fans attended Wallen’s two shows last September, while Brooks drew a crowd of close to 84,000 for his single show back in 2019.

Combs has some recent experience playing major stadium shows.

On his tour last summer he visited several NFL venues, including Houston’s NRG Stadium, New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, and SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

Last April, Combs played Penn State’s Beaver Stadium in University Park, Pennsylvania. Beaver Stadium is comparable in size to Neyland.

This news will undoubtedly have folks excited for the spring.

We should have more details for you soon.
