It has been a good week for Tennessee Baseball.

A couple days after advancing to its fifth straight Super Regional, the program has received some good news on the recruiting front.

Kennesaw State transfer Bo Rhudy committed to UT this afternoon.

Rhudy is a pitcher who posted a 3.16 ERA this season to go along with a 0.92 WHIP in 37 innings pitched.

Rhudy had a stretch that lasted over a month this past season where he did not allow a single earned run in 10.1 innings pitched, per Rocky Top Insider’s Ryan Schumpert.

UT will most certainly need some more pitching help next year, which makes this is a welcomed commitment.

He’s a right-hander out of north Georgia so it won’t be too far of a trip for him to make up I-75 to join the Vols.
