Tennessee is planning to checker Neyland Stadium for the Georgia game on September 13th.
The SEC home opener against the ‘Dawgs will be the ninth “Checker Neyland” game in program history.
It will also be a weekend honoring VFL John Henderson, who will be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame this year.
UT checkered the stadium against Georgia back in 2017, as well. That was a 41-0 loss.
The fourth annual “Champions Weekend” will take place on October 11th vs. Arkansas — welcoming past teams and individuals who won SEC/NCAA championships.
Homecoming is November 15th vs. New Mexico State. “Salute to Service” honoring the nation’s military will also take place that day.
And per usual, Senior Day will take place during the final home game of the year. This one will be November 29th vs. Vanderbilt.
