Tennessee Fan Counters Prostitute’s Offer With Message About God

By Cody McClure

The only thing spreading today at the McDonald’s in Rossville, Georgia was a message about The Lord.

What would you do if someone offered you sexual favors in exchange for a sausage biscuit?

Most of us have never been in this position, but at least one person was this morning in Rossville, allegedly.

And he happened to be a Vol fan.

A Tennessee fan posted the following encounter on VolQuest:

“This morning I was driving through Rossville, Georgia, picking up some shop equipment. I pull in to McDonald’s on Rossville Blvd. and a young lady walks in front of my truck, in the drive thru, she looks at me and waves. I pull further forward and am about to order, when she comes to my window and said, “sir I am hungry, could you buy me a sausage biscuit?” I said sure, meet me past the pay window, and I will give it to you. As I am driving away from the window, I see her near the exit, and pull over. I ask her her name, Asha, give her the biscuit, and she thanked me and said, “do you want to _____?” I said no thank you but I would love to tell you about my Savior. There is an eternal life awaiting all of us, and he will help you live a better life than you are living now. She teared up said she did believe at one time, but had fallen away. I told her I would pray for her, and she was respectful and thankful. If you are willing, pray for Asha when you think of it. Witnessing to people isn’t easy, it takes courage for any of us, especially me. Thanks.”

Well, how about that.

On one hand, it’s clearly a sad state of affairs for many people in this country these days.

But on the other hand, it was a nice gesture by this guy to try to spread some positivity while helping this woman get something to eat.

As George Carlin once said:

“When you’re born in this world, you get a ticket to the freak show. And when you’re born in America, you get a front row seat.”
