Tennessee Athletics Showcases New adidas White Uniform Set

KNOXVILLE – Tennessee revealed its new white Adidas uniforms on Tuesday, continuing the rollout of its full uniform lineup after the school’s 10 year partnership with Adidas went into effect July 1. The Vols debuted the Orange set on Monday, with Summitt Blue coming Wednesday and Dark Mode set for Thursday.
“Like the orange ones, all the white uniforms feature a new number font, combining traditional block with a modern style. The Tennessee creative team, alongside many adidas designers, worked for months to create an updated style to better represent the Tennessee brand,” the university said in a statement.
“The white soccer uniforms feature a checkerboard sash design and a tri-star logo on the back neck. The white baseball uniforms feature the new Tennessee bold wordmark and the pants have thin 151C piping down the side. The white women's basketball uniforms feature the classic Lady Vols script, a center-collar adidas logo and a Summitt Blue outline on both the top and shorts. Summitt Blue is woven throughout the fabric of the Lady Vol brand.
The white football uniforms feature a front collar Power T logo inside a subtle circle to make it even more iconic. The historic ‘I will give my all!’ slogan, in the exact font, is now located on the inside collar and the traditional stripes are on the pants.
The white volleyball uniforms are sleeveless, featuring the classic Lady Vols script and a Lady Vol logo on the back neck. The white men's basketball uniforms retain the classic look, with updated collaring and sleeve piping, while featuring a center-collar adidas logo and a Power T above the name plate. The white softball uniforms feature the Tennessee script wordmark, outlined in Summitt Blue, as well as contrasting sleeves and a Lady Vol logo on the left sleeve to honor the rich tradition of the brand.”
