A UT spokesperson confirmed today to multiple local outlets that Lady Vols guard Ruby Whitehorn has been suspended indefinitely from team activities.

Cora Hall of the Knoxville News-Sentinel first reported the news.

Whitehorn was arrested earlier this month on charges of aggravated burglary and domestic assault.

The arrest stemmed from an August 8th domestic dispute incident in Knox County.

Both charges Whitehorn is facing are felonies.

Last season as a junior, Whitehorn started 28 games and averaged 11.6 points per game.
