KNOXVILLE – It will be an even bigger weekend when Texas comes to Knoxville for their first ever meeting at Neyland Stadium, as five-star forward Malachi Jordan has scheduled an official visit to Tennessee for the weekend of Sept. 26, per Rivals’ Joe Tipton.
Jordan, a Nashville native who stars at Dream City Christian in Glendale (Ariz.), is ranked No. 13 nationally in the 2027 class and the No. 4 player in Arizona, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings.
He has already taken one official visit, making a trip to Washington this past October. Jordan will also officially visit Alabama this upcoming October for the Crimson Tide’s home matchup against Georgia at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
Tennessee first offered Jordan in May of 2024, and this fall’s trip will mark his first visit to Rocky Top.
Rick Barnes and his staff do not yet have a commitment in the 2027 cycle.
