Volunteer football received massive news on Thursday afternoon, landing five-star athlete Salesi Moa, per Rivals’ Hayes Fawcett. The commitment capped off a dominant run of July pledges for Josh Heupel and Co.
The 6-foot-2, 190-pound playmaker out of Ogden, Utah, is widely considered as of the most multi-talented athletes in the 2026 class.
Ranked as the No. 1 player in the state of Utah and the No. 31 overall nationally, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings, Moa gives Tennessee its third five-star pledge of the cycle, joining offensive tackle Gabriel Osenda and cornerstone quarterback Faizon Brandon.
Moa chose UT over Michigan, Michigan State, Washington, and home-state school Utah, who was long thought to be the front-runners for Moa’s commitment.
With momentum clearly on their side heading into fall camp, Tennessee now holds 23 commitments in the 2026 cycle, and kickoff is less than one month away in Atlanta.
