KNOXVILLE – Tennessee junior infielder Ariel Antigua has entered the transfer portal after three seasons in Knoxville, as first reported by Ben McKee of 247Sports.

Antigua was part of Tennessee’s national championship run in 2024, appearing in the final two games of the College World Series finals against No. 3 Texas A&M as a true freshman. The Lake Worth (Fla.) native played in 64 career games across his three seasons on Rocky Top.

This past season, Antigua saw limited action, appearing in 20 games as a junior while hitting .200 with a .702 OPS and 9 RBI. He recorded the first home run of his collegiate career in March during a midweek matchup against Oakland.

The 5-foot-8, 185 pound infielder becomes the second Volunteer to enter the portal, joining freshman Ethan Moore.
