adidas Dark Mode Football Uniforms Released by Tennessee

KNOXVILLE – Tennessee revealed its new Dark Mode adidas football uniforms on Thursday, continuing the rollout of its full uniform lineup after the school’s 10 year partnership with adidas went into effect July 1. The Vols debuted the Orange set on Monday, unveiled the White set on Tuesday and showcased the Summitt Blue set on Wednesday.
“The Dark Mode football uniforms are cutting-edge, serving as a showcase for the most innovative and fashion-forward designs in the college athletics space," the university said in a statement. "The Dark Mode football uniforms are contemporary, looking forward rather than backward. They are distinctly modern in both execution and appeal. The Dark Mode football uniforms are fresh, providing an opportunity to do what has never been done before at the University of Tennessee in terms of design features and style. Like the orange and white ones, all the Dark Mode football uniforms feature a new number font, combining traditional block with a modern style. The Tennessee creative team, alongside many adidas designers, worked for months to create an updated style to better represent the Tennessee brand. The Dark Mode football uniforms feature a front collar Power T logo inside a subtle circle to make it even more iconic. The historic “I will give my all!” slogan, in the exact font, is now located on the inside collar and the traditional stripes are on the pants."
