2026 Signing Day Frenzy: Tracking Tennessee’s Newest Signees

The Vols 2026 class is making it official.

Tennessee’s newest group of Volunteers will begin officially signing today, with the process running through Friday. The majority of the 2026 class is expected to finalize during the early signing period.

(7:28 a.m. ET) Five-star offensive tackle Gabriel Osenda is the first Vol to put pen to paper.

(7:35 a.m. ET) Letter of Intent No. 2 is in with St. Frances Academy’s Edward Baker.

(7:41 a.m. ET) KJ McClain, a much needed safety in the ‘26 cycle is in.

(7:47 a.m. ET) Three-star Georgia safety Jowell Combay is officially a Volunteer.

(7:54 a.m ET) Combay’s high school teammate in four-star linebacker Brayden Rouse is LOI No. 5 for the Volunteers.

(8:02 a.m. ET) The first commitment of the day is in with Prokick Australia punter Logan Foley making it official.

(8:10 a.m. ET) Top-250 in-state edge rusher Zach Groves is the newest Volunteer.

(8:14 a.m. ET) Our boy is finally in. The crown jewel of the class and five-star quarterback Faizon Brandon makes it official.

(8:23 a.m. ET) Both Baylor School commits are officially in as three-star cornerback Jamyan Theodore is in.

(8:32 a.m. ET) A huge September flip from Auburn in top-170 edge prospect Hezekiah Harris is on his way to Rocky Top.

(8:44 a.m. ET) In-state Franklin three-star safety Luke Thompson is officially staying home.

(8:48 a.m. ET) The hometown kid puts pen to paper as four-star Knoxville Catholic wide receiver Tyreek King is in.

(8:59 a.m. ET) Lane Kiffin tried and tried and tried. Sorry Lane, five-star wide receiver Tristen Keys is officially a Vol.

(9:16 a.m. ET) The London, England native is in as NFL Academy tight end Luca Wolf signs with Tennessee.

(9:23 a.m. ET) No need to worry here. Four-star athlete Joel Wyatt is in.

(9:31 a.m. ET) The Georgia native NicQuayvion Simmons committed to Tennessee yesterday, he made it official today.

(9:36 a.m. ET) Three-star defensive lineman Darryl Rivers from powerhouse McEachern (Ga.) is officially in.

(9:42 a.m. ET) 6-foot-6 four-star offensive tackle Kamari Blair was a big flip from South Carolina. He’s officially a Vol.

(10:45 a.m. ET) Four-star edge rusher Kedric Golston out of Ashburn, Virginia has sent in his letter of intent.

(11:26 a.m. ET) We’re keeping a close eye on on Tennessee commit Salesi Moa as Utah continues to push hard.

(11:30 a.m. ET) Jackson Academy (Miss.) linebacker and top-50 prospect TJ White is officially locked in with the Vols.

(11:35 a.m ET) The Jackson Academy boys are officially locked in as four-star defensive line mauler Dereon Albert has signed with Tennessee.

(11:41 a.m. ET) Tennessee does not expect Salesi Moa to sign today, per VolQuest’s Austin Price. Moa is expected to sign either Thursday or Friday between Utah and the Vols.

(12:04 p.m. ET) On3 is reporting that four-star athlete Legend Bey will not be signing day and the former Tennessee commit will sign on Dec. 5 due to USF hiring Ohio State offensive coordinator Brian Hartline.

(1:29 p.m. ET) Tennessee secures its first flip of the day as former UCLA commit and top-90 prospect Carter Gooden announces his pledge to the Vols.

(1:42 p.m. ET) Well, this was unexpected. Legend Bey has de-committed from Ohio State and re-committed to Tennessee and has signed.

(2:20 p.m. ET) Four-star edge rusher Carter Gooden makes it official, he has signed with Tennessee.

(2:30 p.m. ET) Cornerback Javonte Smith, a top-15 prospect in the state of Tennessee, has officially put pen to paper.

(2:45 p.m. ET) Three-star New Jersey edge CJ Edwards has officially signed with Tennessee after premature reports.

(2:52 p.m. ET) The final in-state commit in top-250 athlete Zaydyn Anderson has officially signed with Tennessee. Salesi Moa will be the only commit to not sign today.

(4:54 p.m. ET) Tennessee secures its fourth commitment of the day as former Texas A&M edge and top-225 prospect Jordan Carter pledges to the Vols.

(5:45 p.m. ET) Jordan Carter is officially locked in as the former Texas A&M commit has signed with Tennessee.

(6:58 p.m. ET) Four-star athlete Salesi Moa has de-committed from Tennessee and will stay home and sign with Utah, per Rivals’ Greg Biggins.

(7:06 p.m. ET) The Volunteers land their fifth commitment of the day as three-star defensive lineman JJ Finch out of Indianapolis flips from Alabama to Tennessee.

(7:19 p.m. ET) JJ Finch has officially sent in his paperwork and that will put a bow on the Tennessee Volunteers 2026 cycle!
