Vol hoops remains firmly in the mix for one of the top guards in the 2026 cycle.
Four-star shooting guard Jasiah Jervis, ranked No. 35 nationally, and the No. 2 player in New York, has cut his list to five schools and set an announcement date for Nov. 5, per Dushawn London of 247Sports.
Jervis has narrowed his recruitment to Tennessee, Illinois, Michigan State, NC State, and Pitt.
The 6-foot-4, 190-pound standout from Archbishop Stepinac in White Plains has already taken official visits to Michigan State, NC State, and Pitt. He’ll wrap up the process with a trip to Illinois this weekend before heading to Knoxville on the weekend of October 24.
Rick Barnes and his staff identified the versatile forward as a key target in the 2026 cycle, selling him on the opportunity to develop in the SEC while having the chance to compete in front of one of the sport’s most passionate fan bases.
Tennessee has positioned itself as a serious contender, but will need to fend off several national heavyweights.
