Tennessee’s 2026 class gained significant international upside on Sunday with the commitment of Austria native Luca Wolf

The 6-foot-5, 250-pound tight end flipped from Cal following his official visit to Knoxville.

Wolf made the trip to Rocky Top for Tennessee’s matchup against Oklahoma, and even though the Vols lost, the visit was a success.

He becomes the lone tight end commit in the 2026 cycle for Tennessee, after Carson Sneed’s August flip to North Carolina.

Wolf attends NFL Academy in London and is ranked No. 1355 nationally and the No. 3 player in England.

While the rankings may not jump off the page, the potential does.

He’s been playing football for just over a year now and scored his first touchdown in 2024 against Orlando’s Edgewater High School, which helped spark his recruitment.

Before football, Wolf played on Austria’s National Team for basketball and now joins redshirt sophomore defensive lineman Emmanuel Okoye as the second Vol to come through the NFL Academy pipeline.

With the flip from Cal now official, Tennessee adds a unique blend of size and athleticism, and secures its first tight end in the 2026 class.
