Tennessee Football does not seem to be cooling off on the recruiting trail anytime soon.

Josh Heupel and Co. landed a major commitment Saturday with the addition of 4-star Athlete Legend Bey, per On3 Sports’ Hayes Fawcett.

The 5-foot-9 170-pound speedster out of Forney, Texas chose the Vols over offers from Texas A&M, Ohio State, and West Virginia.

Bey, who starred as a quarterback at North Forney High School, is expected to transition to wide receiver when he arrives in Knoxville.

With Tyreek King already in the fold for the Vols, Bey is the second commit for wide receivers coach Kelsey Pope with five-star Tristen Keys hoping to be the third with a flip from LSU.

Bey, who is ranked 301st nationally and is a top-40 player in the state of Texas, gives UT– and especially quarterback Faizon Brandon another dynamic weapon in what appears to be one of the most explosive 2026 offensive classes in the SEC.
