ESPN’s College Gameday returns to Knoxville for the first time since 2022 as No. 6 Georgia visits for a top-15 showdown.

Candace Parker, a two-time Wooden Award winner, will serve as Saturday’s guest picker on College Gameday, the network announced Thursday.

Parker, perhaps the most decorated athlete in Tennessee history, helped lead the Lady Vols to back-to-back national championships in 2007 and 2008 under renowned head coach Pat Summit.

Since her time in Knoxville, Parker built a Hall of Fame level career in the WNBA, earning two MVPs, three WNBA championships, and seven all-star game selections in 16 seasons.

The last time Knoxville hosted College Gameday was ahead of Tennessee’s 2022 monumental win over Alabama, when Peyton Manning appeared as the guest picker and joined Pat McAfee in directing ‘Rocky Top’ with the Tennessee band.

Gameday will air live from campus beginning at 9 a.m ET, with Parker’s picks featured during the final segment of the show.
