Who are the dirty bastards in this conference trying to sneak around and steal our players?
Tony Vitello said today on the radio that there is an SEC school making “undercover” offers to Tennessee baseball players.
"There's one school in our league that likes to make undercover offers to guys and our two or three guys that were on the end of that have stayed strong," Vitello said. "I think, in general, there are extra conversations these days. However you want to frame them. I don't think that's really been an issue for us."
Who could it be? Arkansas? LSU? Vanderbilt?
Maybe it’s a lower tier school. Who knows.
It’s nice to know at least that our guys are committed and dedicated to Tennessee.
After all, if you were a college baseball player, why would you want to go anywhere else?
Props to the cheaters for trying, I guess. It’s a dirty game these days.
Two of our best players from last year came from Ole Miss. Of course, we got them fair and square though.
…of course.
I am very curious about which team this is trying to steal our guys in an undercover manner.
It seems like the other coaches in the league know about it.
These types of stories fascinate me. I’m sure we’ll never know who’s doing it but we can always speculate.
Who do you think it is? Let me know in the comments.
