The best name in Tennessee’s 2026 class is officially headed to Columbus.
The Vols class took a hit on Monday as four-star athlete Legend Bey flipped his commitment to Ohio State, per Rivals’ Hayes Fawcett.
Bey, a standout at North Forney High in Forney, Texas made the switch following an official visit to Columbus on Nov. 1, when the Buckeyes took down Penn State.
Listed at 5-foot-10.5 and 175 pounds, Bey is ranked No. 361 nationally and is projected to transition to wide receiver at the next level.
He originally committed to Tennessee in June after taking official visits to UT, West Virginia, Duke, and Texas A&M. Bey’s versatility and speed made him a key piece of the Vols’ 2026 class, but Ohio State’s recent push proved enough to flip the Texas native.
The Buckeyes add another dynamic athlete to their top-ten recruiting class, while Tennessee will look to regroup as National Signing Day is less than a month away.
