Tennessee Football got some bad news earlier today when high school running back prospect Savion Hiter committed to Michigan.

How about some good news?

Josh Heupel said today that Mike Matthews, Chris Brazzell, and Braylon Staley are all back on the practice field.

There have been plenty of questions swirling throughout fall camp about the Vols’ pass catchers.

It’s a position group that has been plagued by injuries for the majority of August — albeit no serious injuries.

Fingers crossed that these guys will all be healthy for Syracuse on August 30th.

Tennessee’s wide receiver group will be one of the most important units when it comes to the success of the team this fall.

Will the former 5-star prospect Matthews take the next step and become the team’s next Jalin Hyatt? Is Staley the hidden gem?

Will Brazzell outperform his production from last year? Or, perhaps, will it be one of the freshmen who emerge as the team’s top target?

The biggest question — will this group collectively at least be better than last year’s receivers?
